Karen is a warm, compassionate, seasoned and fully trained clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, with  particular clinical expertise in the treatment of trauma, personality disorders, and working with anxiety. She has specialised training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and a strong interest in working with creative energies.

Mental health, emotional problems, psychological issues, relational issues and self development.

In a process of careful listening at depth, I aim to meet people in their inner experience of themselves and where they have trouble with their emotions, moods, beliefs, patterns, memories and so on, to foster understanding of how these interact with problems in their internal and external worlds and with other people (socially, at work, in the family). Generally people identify problems along the following sorts of lines:
